• Confirmation
  Payment is required upon confirmation.
• Tourism Tax
  All non-Malaysian guests are required to pay a tourism tax of RM10.00 per room per night at the resort.
• Standard Room
  Standard rooms are located above the dive center, near Laguna Jetty, approximately 250 meters from the resort lobby and beach.
• Boarding Time
  Please be at the jetty 1 hour before the boat's departure and have all your boarding passes ready.
• Travel Insurance
  We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against any unforeseen circumstances(specially weather) that may arise during your trip. While we cannot guarantee the success of any claims, having travel insurance can provide peace of mind and help cover unexpected expenses. This is a suggestion for your consideration and not a mandatory requirement, but we highly encourage it to ensure a worry-free travel experience.
• 3rd party boat @ Resort Jetty to Merang Jetty
  The 7:30 AM boat transfer is operated by a third-party operator; Laguna Redang Island Resort shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, or schedule changes, and the service is chargeable, subject to availability, and must be booked at least 2 days in advance.

• Reschdule Boat timing/Venue
  The resort reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the boat departure due to sea & weather condition and the venue of jetty is subject to change.
• No Refund/Amendment
  Please note before fullpayment made. All payments are non-refundable in part or full. ( after full payment no amendment allowed)
• Additional Cost
  The resort is not responsible for any additional cost incurred due to unforseen circumstances such as bad weather, flight delay,etc.
• Auto Release
  Failing To Receive Your Payment As Per Cut Off Date Stated Above. The Booking Will Be Automatocally Release for General Sale
